The Expertise Fellowship is role-based and is designed to ease your transition to senior tech, digital and business roles.

You get matched with startups in different domains and industries and you are assigned a role as either a AI Lead, NLP Lead, ML Lead, Blockchain Lead, or another relevant complimentary role to data analytics work.

The fellowship follows multiple one-week agile sprints where you get coaching and advisory from industry experts while also collaborating with startups!

Following the Innov8POD Methodology, you will gain exposure to the entire tech product development lifecycle

You will navigate through digital discovery, design the digital journey, articulate the digital delivery strategy and product roadmap, and deliver an MVP product.

To top it off, you will get to pitch your MVP product to industry friends and employers on Demo Day. This is a great opportunity to showcase your genius and elevate you to bigger and impactful tech roles.
